Privacy Policy

DocuEasy (docueasy.app) helps you make resumes, invoices, cover letters and other documents. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- What you save: the documents and receipts you create and choose to save.
- What you send us: support questions, reviews, and messages to the help chat.
- Usage counts: how many AI requests and scans you used this month, so we can apply fair-use limits.
We do not sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a small local copy of some data so the app works offline; it is cleared when you sign out.
Why we use it
Only to run DocuEasy: to sign you in, keep your documents, answer your questions, and keep the service fair and safe.
Services that help us run DocuEasy
- Supabase stores accounts and saved documents.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes AI drafts and reads receipt photos. Only the text or photo you send to an AI feature is shared, and only to produce your answer.
- Google signs you in if you choose it. We only receive your name, email and picture.
- Ko-fi handles donations. We never see your card details.
Sharing
Your documents are private. Someone else can see one only if you create a share link for it.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete any document at any time. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email Azizi.barbod77@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
