By using DocuEasy (docueasy.app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

DocuEasy is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may set fair-use limits on AI and scanning. Donations are voluntary and do not buy extra features.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you are under 13, you need a parent's permission to use DocuEasy.

Your content

What you create is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run DocuEasy for you. See the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

• Don't use DocuEasy for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including fake invoices or receipts.
• Don't try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.
• Don't post reviews or questions that are abusive or spam.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI features

AI drafts and receipt readings can contain mistakes. Check everything before you send or rely on it.

No guarantees

DocuEasy is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using DocuEasy after a change means you accept the new terms.
